Best Buds
About a month and a half ago, we got new neighbors. With this, Moses got a new best buddy.
Moses and Addie have been inseparable since they first got to play with each other.

Happy Birthday, Moses!
Our little man turned the Big 3! It was a non-stop celebration.
First stop was Disneyland.
We battled the heat and long lines so Moses could meet Lightening McQueen.
After Disney, it was time to celebrate with his friends at Zoomars.
Moses got to ride a tractor to haul all of his gifts to the car.
"They are all singing to ME....."
"...cuz I'm THREE!!!!"
August Fun for Lil Miss Ivy
We've been really bad about keeping the blog up-to-date. So here's a quick rundown of the August activities for Ivy.
Her buddy, Trevin, gave her a jumper that she absolutely loves.
She has decided that she can feed herself.
"By the look of my face you wouldn't think that I got any in my mouth, but don't worry, I did!"
She tasted black beans for the first time.
You might not be able to tell by this picture, but she has decided to use her food to style her hair.
She's learned to ride in a fast red car.
"You mean I can eat this?"
"NOM! NOM! It's delicious!"
"Is there something on my face?"
"Guess who turned 8 months?"
"That's right! ME!"

Guderian Visit....
Last week, our good friends from Tulsa, Oklahoma came out to visit. It was the first time that all the kids got to meet each other.
Moses and Ivy already miss their new friends, Hope and Bryce!
Here's the only good picture we got the whole week.

LA Trip...
Uncle Steve had gotten us tickets to the Dodgers game, so we decided to make it a weekend trip. On the way up to LA, we stopped at the children's museum in Orange County.
Moses had a great time exploring the submarine.
Ivy had a great time dancing on the interactive mat.
Ivy got to slide down her first indoor slide.
Moses transformed into a turtle.
"I've got the whole word in my hands!"
Our little monkey was very excited and determined to climb the rock wall all by himself. Daddy was a little unsure but let him try it.
The first few steps and not too terrible.
Just in case, Daddy always had a hand up, but Moses didn't need his help. He made it all the way up to the top by himself.
"WOO-HOO! I climbed the mountain!"
The girls on the balcony of our hotel in Santa Monica.
It was a great little family getaway and the first one for Ivy.
