Introducing Ivy Elizabeth....

On December 12th at 11:34pm, our bundle of joy made an early appearance (12 days early) into the world.  Ivy Elizabeth was born weighing 6lbs1oz and measured 18 1/2 inches.

"Hello Mommy!"

"I think I already have Daddy wrapped around my little finger!"

It was an immediate bond between brother and sister.

"I'm all dressed up and ready to go home!"

When we got home, brother and sister got some good cuddling and bonding time together.

"Just like my brother, I love my pacifier!"

Swaddled and asleep is a little bit of heaven!

"My first sponge bath was a little too chilly and no fun for me!"

"However, my first real bath was a pleasant and fun experience!  What girl doesn't like to be pampered in a spa bath?"

Life of a CRAZY Toddler

The life of a crazy toddler allows for some great and amusing pictures!

The joy of a new baby coming is getting out all the baby toys.  And who enjoys baby toys?!?!  MOSES!

"I don't look ridiculous! I look like I'm having FUN!"

"Do I look like a baby?"

"What can I say?  I have my own sense of style!"
Yes, that's shorts over pants.

"AAARGH!!  AHOY MATEY!"

2nd Annual Toddler Christmas Party

The Second Annual Toddler Christmas Party was held at the Rockwell's house again.

Here's the crazy toddler picture.  Poor Sam is lying in the back of the crib.

Now the more calm picture of the crazy toddlers.

Santa even made a guest appearance at the party.  Moses wasn't too shy to tell him exactly what he wanted again.

Someone else wanted a turn since he had never met Santa.

Thanks for a great time Rockwell Family and letting Daddy finally meet Santa!

SeaWorld Christmas

In the middle of December, we headed to SeaWorld with Moses' buddy, Sam.  It was all decked out for Christmas.  Before hitting the Christmas fun, the boys checked out some of the animals first.

Here's Moses and Sam petting some sort of tiny pony.

Moses was in awe of the sea turtles.

YUP!  It's another Christmas tree pose.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

GO DUCKS!!

In early December, the Vettraino's invited us to a hockey game to watch the Anaheim Ducks.

This was the view from our seats.

"I can't look at the camera, I'm watching the game!"

"GO DUCKS!!"

Here's Regi and Ayla enjoying the game.

Thanks V-train family for a fun outing!

Christmas at the Carrillo

The night after riding the Polar Express, we headed to Leo Carrillo Ranch for the tree lighting.  Moses napped for too long, so we missed the lighting but got to walk around the ranch and see Santa.

Here's Moses posing with Frosty the Snowman.

"I can't believe I have to tell Santa again what I want for Christmas.  Man, he's forgetful!"

First Class Ticket on the Polar Express

On the first weekend of December, we made the trek down to Campo to ride the Polar Express with the Raymundo family.  Moses survived the hour and a half ride down there and was excited to ride a train and see Santa Claus.

Moses, Reese, and Rowan had matching pajamas for the special train ride.  However, we didn't get any pictures and Moses insisted on wearing his pirate shirt over his pajamas.

"I'm just eating some snacks while waiting for Santa!"

The wait was over and it was Moses' turn to sit on Santa's lap to tell him what he wanted for Christmas.  Surprisingly, Moses wasn't scared of him and told him that he wanted a monster truck and a big TV for Daddy (too bad that Daddy wasn't getting that big TV...must be on the naughty list).

"I can't believe that he is really going to get me what I ask for....REALLY?!?"

MERRY CHRISTMAS!
