Another Beach Day....in January

We couldn't think of a better way to start the new year than going to the beach.  It was a little chilly but the sun was out, so we headed to the water.

As soon as we got there, Moses was ready to go into the ocean.

We tried to convince him to play in the sand for a little while, but he wanted to be near the water.

"The water is calling my name....HERE I COME!"

He was getting a little too brave, so Daddy had to go hold his hand.

And it couldn't have been better timing!  The water was pretty chilly, but Moses didn't care.

After playing in the water, it was time to come back up to the sand and dry off.

"I climbed that hill all by myself!"

"Bye Bye Ocean!  See ya next time!"

Next time was about 10 minutes later.  After we had put him into clean, dry pants, we had to go play in the water all over again.

3....2....1....HAPPY NEW YEAR!

For the second year in a row, we celebrated New Year's Eve at Legoland.  This year, Moses got to ring in the new year with some of his closest buddies, Ryden, Oliver, Charlie, Corey, Reese and Rowan.  Being the terrible paparazzi we are, we didn't get many pictures (that could be a potential New Year's resolution).

Here's Moses and Ryden riding the trains with the daddies.

What's New Year's without fireworks?

Moses and Daddy were pretty impressed!

Happy New Year to all!

VROOOM...VROOOM!

Another one of Moses's favorite Christmas gifts was a motorized ATV.

"My very own car!  OOOOHHHH!  You shouldn't have!"

"What you can't ride it this way?  OH YEAH!  Just watch me!"

Thanks Uncle Jerry!

WHEEE!!

Moses's favorite Christmas gift was a jungle gym with two slides.  Since the weather has been a little chilly, we decided to set it up in our front living room.

His favorite thing to do on his slide is to set up his monsters from his bowling set and slide down on them!

RAAAAAHHHH!

THANK YOU GRANDMA ANNIE, HAL-MUH-NEE AND HAL-AH-PUH-JEE!

MERRY MERRY CHRISTMAS!

It wouldn't be Christmas without a picture with Santa.

This was the best picture that we got.  In the other ones, Moses was trying to claw his way out of Santa's arms.

Merry Christmas to all!

Christmas Elves

Ayla threw a Christmas Jammy Party.  This time we decided it would be extra darn cute to have all the little ones wear matching pajamas.

Tell me that isn't the cutest!

Here are the elves going CRAZY!

Merry Christmas to all from the Toddler Elves!

The BEST Babysitter EVER

Last weekend, we were able to go out to dinner and do some Christmas shopping without Moses, because we found the greatest babysitter ever.

Moses LOVES Miss Caitlin!
