Pumpkin Patch

About three weeks ago, Moses's preschool went to the pumpkin patch.  Since it was a day that Mommy had to work, Daddy got to go on the field trip (so there's not too many pictures).  Moses had a FABULOUS time....and so did Daddy.

Moses got to pet goats, chickens and rabbits in the petting zoo.

He rode a ride all by himself for the first time.  He lasted the whole ride but was ready to get out when it was over.

A great time was had by all the lil ones and big ones too.

I'm a big boy....

Moses has grown out of his high chair and has moved onto a booster seat, which means he gets to actually sit at the table with us.

He looks pretty proud of himself.  Doesn't he?

"Hey, is that my foot up here?"

"Why, yes it is! And it's pretty comfortable!"

I'm too sexy.....

...as a Cheetoh (or a carrot for you healthy ones)!

Legoland

We hadn't been to Legoland in a while, so we decided to head out there last Saturday.  Moses was excited as soon as he got out of the car.

The first stop was Moses's favorite ride, The Fairytale Boat Ride.

He was so thrilled to see his fairytale friends that he couldn't stop waving at them all.

Then it was time for some dancing at the musical water fountains.

After some crazy dancing, Moses was ready to goof around in the play area.  Now that he is more mobile and independent, he was all about exploring around on his own.

He even found some time in all the fun to work a little.....

...moving legos from one area to the next area.

Moses worked so hard that he had to take a little snack break.

After all the hard work, it was time to relax on the train ride.  If you look close at the picture, you can see that Moses couldn't wait to ride the train.

CHOO CHOO!

It was a great and exhausting day!

Eyes, Ears, Nose and Mouth....

Moses is learning his body parts.  So when you ask a child where his eyes, ears, nose, or mouth are, they generally point to his body part.  Well, not our little monkey man!

"Moses, where's your mouth?"

"Where's your nose?"

The Year of Candy....

This past weekend, we celebrated our 6 year anniversary.  We decided to celebrate as a family in Palm Desert.  Moses survived the car ride, the hotel was amazing, and the weather was perfect, so it was a FABULOUS getaway celebration.

"ME?!?!  Of course, I'm going on this getaway celebration!"

So a majority of our time was spent chasing Moses around.

"HA!HA!  You can't catch me!"

"Okay, I'm tired!  You can come get me now!"

"Just kidding!  You're too slow!"

The buzzer was Moses's favorite part of dinner.  Now that he is mobile, he has no interest in sitting through dinner.

"You want me to eat what?"

"HA!HA!  No thanks!  Now get me out of this high chair!"

Another favorite activity for Moses was talking on the phone.

"UHM....I can't hear anything!"

"AAAHHH!!  That's much better!"

"If I stand here long enough, maybe they won't be able to get the car packed and we could stay longer."
